Patrick Mahomes had heard the talk about whether the Chiefs could survive their first true road playoff game since he has been the starting quarterback. He and his teammates used it as fuel in their 27-24 divisional round win over the Bills.

Truthfully the KC Defense won this game, that and the fact that the Bills LB corps was so depleted and they lost Travis Kelce on a few plays.

Chiefs defense was incredible! It should be remembered that Steve Spagnuolo was also the inventor of the famous "NASCAR defense" that the NY Giants used to win a Super Bowl. He is a magnificent and underrated DC.

I don't have a rooting interest just hope the best team wins and it's not decided by kickers! I kind of feel like SF has the more balanced and talented team, but KC has better coaching, so we will see what happens! Steve Spagnuolo, KC's defensive coordinator, featured game plans that were spot on all through the playoffs. We will see what he has up his sleeve today.

I think the line on SB was San Francisco was favored by 2 points, meaning Vegas thought both teams were evenly matched. That assessment certainly played out because it was a nice, suspenseful game with no team dominating the other.

SF has to be feeling like trash today knowing they outplayed KC until late 3rd quarter yet still lost. The biggest sign of doom for SF was outplaying KC for pretty much most of the game, yet KC was always only a FG or TD behind despite all that.

Finally, shout out to the CIA for making SF fumble and botch a punt catch lol. (People up to date with the insanity of the US political environment know what I'm making fun of here).
