I couldn't find it in english..sorry:

Une danseuse nue heurte un client avec sa voiture.

Well, there is a french expression :"Quand je m'observe, je m'inquiète..ensuite, quand je me compare, je me console..." (something to say sometimes my behaviors worry me, but when I look at others, I feel better...nothing to worry about lol)

Is it me or it is happening more often since few months?....maybe since the 36-c SP aren't affraid to stand up and protect their rights?? Maybe they would need some education at gauging their last words in arguments...

What do you think? ;)

Mocha; because as long as she doesn't plead guilty and that a judge recognize her to be guilty, she is innocent...and in order to protect people which have been wrongly accused, names aren't given until they went in court...

No....law will not treat you any way different no matter what your professionnal statut is (don't laugh...judges might will, lwyers will vary depending on the person's incomes...), but the law is supposed to be even for everyone....

The only thing that can explain it here would be since no ones knows who started it and if it was an accident, self defense, etc..usually law protects victims, not the abusers...so if law enforcement ren't sure of who started first...they won't give any names at all until they clear things out

BUT, before the C-36...anykind of SP (might be in a shady zone for strippers though...), would have been guilty right away...so her name would/could be known to the public...

This is why I asked the question in the first post...because before this law, many sp never wanted to complaint in case of abuse, rape, threat, etc.. I knew 2 big agencies owner over the decade who threatened their girl this way:"if you don't work tonight i'll send your ads to your kids social worker, not sure the child protection service would enjoy knowing what are you doing on your free time...", and if the sp file a report to the police, her name wasn't hidden and anybody from the gourvement including child protection has access to those reports...so there was a sp who had to pick between working even though she doesn't want, or taking the risk to loose her kids....

She is the one in the car and he is the guy under it. I will guess she will be charged with assault with a vehicle. She will be finished in the shrinking opportunities of nude dancing in Montreal. With a reputation of assaulting clients, few strip clubs will want to take a chance on her.

Very likely the dispute was about money I doubt anything else would have drove the stripper that far. Could be the stripper promised the client some extras and she did not deliver and did not want to pay her. It could also be the stripper ripped him off either adding a lot of extra songs or trying to scam him to pay for $20 dances so the client refused to pay. More often then not especially at small clubs the doormans do nothing. Stripper took the incident into her own hands and ran the client over. Times are getting hard and strippers are not adapting to the new reality so they get more viscous and treacherous instead of giving more to match the offerings from escorts and MPs. This is all a theory btw.

Anyone knows what happened to the guy that got beat up by a stripper at Modernic in Laval?

It happened about 2years ago. She hit him upside the head with her stripper shoes...

News paper article never said the girl’s name, and so didn’t this one right here... Why? Every other criminals get published all over papers and TV news...

That info was disclosed. It was a 30 year old man who was sent to hospital with a concussion, some fractures, and internal bleeding. The stripper who attacked him at the time she was 26 yr old and her name is Roxanne Trudeau. As per the incident the client did not pay his tab. The stripper may or may not have been trying to swindle the client to pay for $20 dances.

Very nice to hear, a sex worker who agrees with Harpers law, someone who is actually protected by the law.
The law is to help workers and put pedophiles and minor pimps in jail. Too bad a few members think that it punishes them only. Have yet to hear any customer here being harassed by the LE....

I doubt that...

Club managers hop from club to club just like strippers do, just not as often. So if a girl got banned from a club, all she needs to do is wait until the staff changes. Simple trick... And that’s even easier if the girl wasn’t a regular at that club, as the remaining staff won’t recognize her when she returns.

There are several factors that will keep this girl out of clubs.

- In this environment where the city of Laval is looking to close massage parlors SCs are not far off their radar screen. No club wants to make any noise at this time or later when their business is shrinking.

- SCs are often owned by bikers that use it to launder money or for other nefarious reasons. They do not want to bring attention to themselves or to have a wacko nude dancer do it for them.

- Dancers that are competing for shifts to dance at clubs will take every opportunity to bring attention a another dancers past bad behavior to bump her off.

I hear the competition for shifts at SCs are intense. They actually have to pay for these shifts. ( one way or another ) I can imagine a wacko rep is not a plus.

Yeah...you pay for your time on the stage, just as advertisers...but all the sex industry is decreasing

Stripclub, when I started, were just starting to stop paying the girls...many of them was working without being paid, and that was the main reason why they were working: they knew they would get well paid with or without being paid from the SC...
Look in the SP scene..10 years ago it was 140$ for safe sp, no kissing, digit/daty/bbbj/etc were extra...the competition is getting worse with months so the rates go down and the extra are given...

If she thinks she is so hot that she doesn't need to pay 30-40$/night to the club, she won't do a dime because the club won't take her. The end.
