There have been some changes to the show over the past few years, while other aspects of the show have remained the same.
It is true that in the past there was a large selection of porn available at the show. Sex shop Sexe Cité used to have a huge area selling porn videos, sex toys and sexy clothing. There were also another half dozen outlets selling porn videos. All of these, including Sexe Cité disappeared from the show a few years ago. Now the only porn videos available for sale is directly from the porn stars appearing at the show. As well, in the past, Québec Erotique magazine and Le Garage strip bar, which have the same owner, were at the show with plenty of their models autographing copies of the magazine. They are also no longer at the show, although the softer and tamer Summum Magazine and Wanda's strip bar were there this year. Nuru Massage was there the last couple of years. Last year some of their masseuses were giving nuru massage demonstrations wearing bikinis. There was less action at their booth this year. Also, in recent years Burlesque shows and BDSM demonstrations have been added to the show.
It is also true that there is a large selection of sex toys available at the show. In fact, this is one thing that has remained constant over the years. A very large number of the booths are devoted exclusively to selling sex toys. Presumably, this is to attract more women to the show.
