Drink a lot of water and workout/be active regularly. I've been stable at 150-155 pounds for years (I'm 52, my height is 5'7). I eat whatever I want, more or less. I try to eat healthy most of the time, but I love chicken wings, pizza and burgers. Love beer and wine. I don't believe in diets, nutritionists will tell you they don't work. Burn enough calories, depending on how much you ingest, it's basic maths... Get all your macros, Check your carbs/protein/fat ratio, among other things, but don't become obsessive over it. Enjoy what you eat: eating is not a line of conduct, it's the essence of life and should be fun. Just listen to your body, it will tell you when it's full of all it needs.
I workout 4-5 times a week, a lot of circuit training and cardio. It helps a lot, and I don't gain weight. Yoga is cool too, it helps you reconnect with your body; people eat their emotions and don't listen to their body anymore...
