AI will probably replace search engines so yes, it would be so much more easier to find something on MERB than the current search feature. I don't foresee this happening quickly. Let's be honest, Merb has the look and feel capabilities of a 2005 PHP framework forums template and it hasn't change for the past 15 years. The search is a pain but the member base and community content is what keeps me coming.
I agree too that it will probably hit significantly the Onlyfans economics negatively. I think that will happen in 3-5 years. Porn is still only pixels on a screen and I think a very big chunk of the market population won't care anymore if it is real vs AI generated if it looks real enough.

I am gonna be honest man, and I mean no offense, but I always assumed you are using some kind of AI like ChatGPT to rewrite most of your posts.
I find the migration to xenforo (what merb runs on now) was a godsend. As far as user experience goes, I think the forum format is the most suitable for a discussion community where there content are discussion threads. The search is probably the most notable feature - you can search for anything using words of any lenght (before if I remember it was a minimum of 4 - which is why most still have the reflex of searching for 4 last digits). You can even use natural search patterns (similar to google) to refine your results.
bbbj anal : would return anything including both words (similar to bbbj AND anal)
bbbj -anal : returns bbbj but excludes anal (also can use: bbbj NOT anal)
"bbbj anal" : exactly that phrase
bbbj OR anal : returns one or the other
bbbj* : will also return bbbjcim, bbbjcimsw...
using tags and @usernames
intitle: to limit to only titles
and the restults are lightning fast...

I don’t depend on ChatGPT to conjure my reviews; occasionally, I might use a grammar check tool on my phone for minor slip ups. Instead of critiquing my writing style, perhaps you could acknowledge the effort a member puts into sharing all their experiences with service providers and taking one for the team, which is what this forum revolves around. I'm honestly taken aback by some of your remarks, which seem both offensive and off topic. But, hey, I simply can't wrap my head around why some members choose to spread negativity and hate towards others in this forum. It’s truly remarkable!
