I think it is a shakedown and although Sheen says he will vigorously defend the lawsuit he will probably pay her 6 figures to go away at some point in the future. The problem is that Sheen set himself up to be blackmailed living the lifestyle he lived, and paying Brett to go away could incentivize other would be shakedown artists, even if he settles with the usual confidentiality provision.
