About my kitchen
Before being a social worker, I worked during 5 years in the hot kitchens of Montéal. My experience start in a French bistro in the early 2000s where I learnt the bases of a soft and creamy food.Then after in various places. From the joys of breakfast to boreal gastronomy. I like emphasizing ancestral techniques, but also travelling in the heart of the Montreal districts to concoct my menus.Visit the cinatown for spices and his mythical side. Take the Main to buy some cheeses at '' La vielle Europe''. I like to go up North to buy mushrooms, heads of violins and wild fruits to the local pickers. And sometimes I go on the quay of Seven Islands to buy crab and bourgots directly of a fisherman.

How it works ?
We often ask me how work concretely these meetings. If each of them is different, I would say that the common point remains the communication and the planning. Whether it is for the supper, the dinner or the breakfast, I have access with a studio with a kitchen near the berri subway to receive you.
