Since c-36 all the part time student types are scarce. Has anyone noticed the lack of choice these days.
Usually before Christmas and before Spring Break brings a lot of students, but last February I noticed the lack of choice.
There are less in Montreal, but where you will see a big difference is Laval, the south shore. Away from Montreal the salons have been closing up for the last 10 years and now they are non existent.
It was easy pickings for the part and full timers 10 years back. Today is a different story. There is no more show up for one afternoon a week and make $400-700.
