The girls were what i ordered, and great professional service.

For the ladies and gentlemen reading this site, "booked" would be a preferable word. If you ordered a pizza after your session, then it's the right word ;)

Cheers,

A lot of people think that this business is just like a regular business. It's not. As far as I know as a client we are all bandidos.

It's not just clients who are bandidos. Legally it's all involved.

I presume we all want the hobby to be 100% legal. Does that mean the hobby doesn't need to be run like a proper business because it's not entirely legal. That sounds like some sloppy conditional ethics.

vivo's posts aren't making him look good. Unfortunately he's coming off looking a bit immature and spoiled in his attitude.

I don't know which side handled things more right or wrong on Vivo's issue, bit I'd be very angry IF my time was wasted whether I'm a client or an agency. Maybe both made mistakes/errors in procedure or judgment?

I wonder if anyone can answer this question: we have an "agency review" section but it seems moribund, with no comments for a few years. I find it helpful to know which agencies are doing well with customer service (I've had good luck with Vogue recently) and which are not (clearly Mojo, lately).

That's the bigger concern. Not whether Vivo or Mojo did things better or worse but there's such a lack of news on this kind of dispute. We may not know for certain who was right or wrong but without a record of anything we risk enduring poor quality with no way to hold the offender on either side responsible.

Anyone who has been around this "hobby" for a while knows that cancellations and delays are par for the course. I try to roll with it.

True. But when it becomes more than that where's the accountability?

You are correct. Not sure why I wrote that... my brain logic had a hicup I guess ;)

Cheers,

Mine was not against you. I only meant businesses hoping to be completely legit should always act as if they are. Also, it's not serving clients if they can get away with sloppy practices regardless.

Because its an "illegal" industry, thats not a reason for being unprofessional.
its like asian customer service, i expect the worse or nothing and appreciate all the efforts

but like in anything, if you are one of the leading agencies, you need to upkeep that standard. the reason for this is because your competition is doing it

mojo has no obligation but if they want to even stay in the running... so wake up?

There is no guarantee of professionalism in an unregulated business.

MERB and threads like this one exist to provide an informal procedure for regulating the escort business. It's not true regulation with a teeth, more like the "Better Business Bureau" with consumers posting complaints, other consumers commenting on the complaints, the agency responding to the complaints (or not) and the resulting thread constitutes quasi-regulation. I consider all of this to be something that amounts to more than "unregulated", although it isn't true or formal regulation as by a governmental entity. Although to that extent LE regulates the business by removing those who traffic or use minors.
