I think Booker's point was that there's a reason why we have those two polls (in regards to Laila's point that it's all/mainly about the girls), and that both the agency and booker are just as significant.

It's certainly important to have a good agency with a good booker. But at the same time, if you have both of those things, but no good girls on your roster....well, in the end, you really have nothing. So I'd probably have to agree with Laila's point in this case.

im on your side layla. yes we all get caught with our pants down (no pun intended) with the "talent" not always being reliable, but I beleive layla would never use the language used by adam to talk about her girls. But I understand agency owner/bookers becoming impatient with clients/girls as I am sure both can be often very un-reliable, they are caught between a rock and a hard place. I remember Mike from elite telling me "they say they are not going to work, then show up to work, they say they are going to work, then dont show up..." that summed it up for me.

That works with every single business model out there, after awhile you know the reliable ones and they are the ones who get the most work and earn the most. Depends what you want in life.
As for being told wrong discriptions, has happen a couple of times to me at other places, trying to figure out why the owner or booker does not want to see or talk to someone he/she hires, baffles me when I hear that " That is what she told me, never saw her ". Really.

Scott, you're missing the point. Are there flaky girls in this industry? Of course there are...and we've heard stories in the past of these incidents in various reviews, posts, etc.

But Mojo's wording in their reply was not well thought out, to say the least. The way they're addressing their girls like this on the forum is not cool. It's as if they're generalizing their entire roster as being like this.

Stop making excuses Mojo, and deal with your issues internally instead of blaming your girls publicly on a forum. As Laila said, they're the ones doing all the hard work, and as such, should be treated with respect.

Well it might be the frustration of having my only night off in Montreal ruined by the worst booking experience ever (thanks to Mojo), but I will add my story to this.

Like in every industry, when a company claims it is upscale, professional, elite and classy, we should expect a minimum of respect. I visited Montreal from NYC just like I do every 2 weeks. After a long business meeting, I book Eva around 7 PM for her to come to my Airbnb location at 9 PM. It was my 1st time with them and I was very excited to have Eva.I made a small mistake when giving my location but I booked 2 hours in advance so no big deal. I ask for rate (220) and I confirm twice my name and appartment. I get the money at an ATM and get showered. Between 8 and 9, I text the agency saying I was ready.She never showed up. They never answered. Big zero.Never dealing with them again.I know they have 100s of good reviews but honestly the booker was shitty and not professional at all.stay away if you are looking for reliable business.i was so mad for having my only night in town wasted! To be fully honest, after seeing that attitude, and her not showing, i told the booker to fuck off.

I work in the management field. I'm not Warren Buffet but I am 10000% sure this agency is going downhill with that attitude.

Also, do not contact me to offer free time or discounts to make me shut up, I am not interested. I am sure you have happy customers but I must write this post here because as someone that comes in town for business and plans his nights in a meticulous manner, you made me waste my time.

Maybe true for some agencies but definately note the one I use, mainly euphoria, plaisirrebelle and sexynadya. Never ever got such a problem with those.

I'm sorry to hear about your no-show. I'm not as experienced as some others out here but I've used at least five or six different agencies over the years and, while I've had late-shows and mix-ups, I've never had this kind of complete failure.

I wonder if anyone can answer this question: we have an "agency review" section but it seems moribund, with no comments for a few years. Why isn't it used--or deleted? I find it helpful to know which agencies are doing well with customer service (I've had good luck with Vogue recently) and which are not (clearly Mojo, lately). I'd like to see posts like the one above stand out, not buried in a thread like this. Have the moderators decided that the agency-review page is no longer an appropriate part of this forum? Or have posters simply decided not to use it?

First of all, We do not believe in putting out fire with gasoline, Our reputation and business is not something we take for granted , nor pretend, its something we achieved!
It seems obvious to me that your main motive here is hate speech to diss our agency,
Here's the points that made us doubt your authenticity as a client:

1-Most of the time when we have clients with Ontario area code, we serve common places.
2-You gave us an address in Hochelaga which is uncommon, plus you gave our booker 3 different addresses, that turned out to be residential(3182,3155,3165 Hochelaga
3- when we took the time to call back to check on the incoming number, we got a text app...... which is often used by competition to entrap us..
4- we then decided to ignore your call and booking out of simple precaution.

As a conclusion, we prefer putting out the fire with water, we did not trust you were a genuine client, and its our absolute right to avoid or not answer any clients that we judge as a potential scam, hater, a risk for our girls safety
or simply a waste of time linked to a prank.

Let us share things from our perspective:

1-You pretend to come from NYC, your phone # is from Ontario,(647)691-xxxx
2-You Brag having told our booker to fuck off( which is far from being polite) when in fact we have no traces of that in our message thread..since everything was done by text....
3-its Ironic that 80%(4 posts out of 5) on your MERB account is talking about our agency
4-it came to our attention that the syntax in your post was very poor, how bizarre coming from a New Yorker!!!
5-Even after all that, to prove our point, we checked the 3 addresses and there's absolutely no AirBnB ....which makes total sense since its a very dangerous area.

We are not here to justify, nor apologize, we know how to run our business, and all our good reviews didn't appear out of the blue, we just didn't trust this particular client as being genuine!

Its surprising coming from someone who claims to be in the management field to see so much effort invested towards affecting our reputation and the worse is that your story doesn't add up and is full of flaws.

As most people know, it is in our habit to credit or make up for any unsatisfied client, in your case we will not offer anything to you.

Very hard to trust a post from a newbie with zero credit, someone who claims to comes on a regular basis and only just joins MERB and complains about an agency, chances of being valid are slim but the possibility is there. Nice that MOJO was able to clear the air.
