I am looking for a cruise or a guided tour for this summer, since I am turning a nice age where both numbers change I wanted to go on a nice trip with a guided tour.

You are likely to get the biggest bang for your bucks in Thailand, if you like some adventure. You can take land tours and cruises as well when you're in SE Asia. If you do your due diligence, you are likely to be treated like a King in Thailand. Scams and pick pockets abound in that part of the world. The food is very good and inexpensive -- from Asian to European to American/Canadian food. (I was in Bangkok with classmates for an exchange program when I was in grad school -- I had no money to see sex workers then and I had a thing going on with one of my female classmates. )

If you prefer the European ladies, then try Greece. There, you can do a short cruise and then escorted land trips -- and see decent escorts there: supposedly, because of the harsh economic conditions in Greece, sex workers are relatively inexpensive.

Sir Patron is likely to provide your the most useful information about traveling to SE Asia, especially Thailand. There's a nice Netflix show about the food scene in Thailand: it's entitled "Somebody Feed Phil" (season two). The show is about food but it will give you an idea of some of the places in Thailand that you may want to visit.

I once went on a 3-day cruise to Mexico by myself. The cruise ship stopped at several ports where I went horse back riding on a beach and at another port of call, I went jet skiing. Luckily, I ran into a few groups of single folks. For me, 3-days was plenty enough on a ship, especially with kids running around everywhere.

Travel agencies are dinosaurs but they could still help you plan your trips.

Patron is right. It's very easy to spend a few days in BKK (Bangkok) sampling the local delights. When you find an intelligent, savvy and sexy local girl, she would gladly show you the country and the culture for a very affordable daily rate. The pros and semi-pros like to get out of the city too. It sounds expensive, but if you can catch an airfare deal you won't have to spend a lot of money to have fun in Thailand.

I seriously picked up a Thai bombshell in a club and spent a week with her. Most cruises that are advertised singles are not totally singles. The cruise merely has singles activities and singles sections.

Most singles groups are sausage fests. I have been to many family resorts and the neighboring singles guys visit due to a shortage of females at their area.

I would be interested in any tips or abroad search forums like MERB; I'll be spending 6-9 months in the mediterranean. Like Parton said, I'm in a bad box for getting used to Montreal scene. My points of references are here with MERB,TERB,PERB, twitters and SPs providing references to other SP when they ask/or looking for some. For the search I've done so far, most of what I've seen for search sites are what I would qulify (from the Montreal POV) as S&B sites.

Sorry I have done cruises and unless you get intel from anyone else I would suggest to avoid. What I saw on major cruise line is a majority of passengers in their 70-80's and families with kids (like me).

If you want to have a good time on an absolute beautiful beach and get the best chance to mingle with others and possibly fornicate go to Club Med Turks. You can thank me later
