they 100% keep number and im pretty sure history too
one big agency somehow knew my merb handle. i never told them. the SP showed up and during conversation later, told me the booker told her i was a merbite. i was very puzzled how they knew. guess they cross referenced my reviews and saved it under my number
another big agency definitely saves history. a couple minutes after I texted and failed to schedule something, my ATF from the agency texted me 30 minutes later asking about it
so they definitely save numbers and info

Yeah, I totally understand, it's about the least they can do that allows the clients to stay relatively anonymous while giving some security to their business model and to the girls. The stories I've heard from girls about bad clients -- it's a wonder they haven't gotten more stringent!

Some agencies obviously do keep a record of phone numbers since the few times i do happen to text an agency they do not recognize me at first but later i'll get a text stating "Hi Doc, i just realized it was you." No big deal, really. I don't mind and do understand the reasoning.
However over the past few months my phone rings and on the call display the number shows it coming from Russia. Of course i don't answer. But i wonder how Russians got a hold of my phone number. Could it be through some escort agencies? I can't think of any other way other than credit card companies, which i doubt.

Same here ... been getting calls from South America , even Hong Kong but mostly from the US and Canada 2, 3 times on a monthly basis and they are leaving messages in Chinese.
I’ve kind of gotten used to it by now to the point that if they don’t call it kind of throws me off lol
Goes without saying that my Chinese is rusty so I don’t understand a lick
P.s never had any issues with calls or messages before this hobby so it does make me kind of wonder a bit ....

I concur. My hobby number get 1 or 2 spam calls every month. My regular cell number is bombarded daily with calls from BoA fraud department, Chinese embassy, DHL package waiting for pickup, warning that my social security# being compromised, I owe IRS money etc.the chances that you get that call from a hack performed against a database of ANY entity you gave your phone number are much higher then a leak by an escort agency

I get those calls too and some even tell me that unless I call and resolve my debt to the IRS, "law enforcement action will be taken against you."
