That is one of the possibilities ,but their is others ,implants placed under pectoral muscle with saline water has a tendency to provide the golf ball look too and that is a choice .
Over enhancement in one shot also has a tendency to provide bad results and have the golf ball effect .
But the final result is scene after the swelling is gone
Gummy bear implants over the muscle will have a more natural look .
Many choices are offered to the lady ,but the Surgeon is paid by her and what he has is a sales pitch ,which I have heard many times by cosmetic Surgeons

I would've said no to all bolt-on's before, but babies do wreck breasts, from my limited sample size. So, maybe for mommies in their 30's.
For everyone else though, bolt-on's and any kind of surgery or un-natural enhancements are a turn-off. Hard boobs are no good. Boobs should be squeezable soft. Girls with A's and B's, I guess it's a confidence thing, even when (some) guys are absolutely fine with the size. Maybe it's like guys and our dicks, we would all feel better about ourselves if we had another inch. :lol: But those girls with A's and B's should take the long view, less to go saggy later in life...
implants never go mushy. They can sag but that is another thing. They say getting implants without a lift is like putting a rock in a sock.
This is very often true ,but not always .
It depends on the size of the enhancement and elasticity of the ladies skin and obviously the reason why they are sagging .

To be honest, I'm starting to feel a bit spoiled by fake breasts. Sure, they feel fake...but they're so porn-star perfect and round! So much so, that when I meet an SP with "real" boobs, I tend to be a little disappointed at their disproportionate shape...

I like her a lot too, but I'm not sure if it's because of her breasts or her astonishing looks. One things for certain, larger better shaped breasts make up for lack of looks up to a point.

Surgeons offers many extras ,without necessarily considering improvement of attractiveness .
So for the ladies to decide is not always easy because cosmetic Surgeon are Up selling .
A lift ,a repositioning of the nipple,enhancement with Gummie , prosthesis placed under pectoral muscle the last one I have paid was 12 K ,it included the removal of the old ones
I guess ,what ever makes the ladies happy,and will make them go for it ,is offered

Exactly which is why implants are a no go for me. They represent everything I do not like. In either case I will spend only on girls with natural breasts.
