Do you have a particular routine when seeing a SP?

I pray, before and after. At my age, it doesn't hurt to ask for a little help, and i just want to make sure that it stays up and i dont have a heart attack. And when all goes well, then be thankful.
I have had a few bogeys, but I'm on par for the course so far.

I don t sleep well the night before,I confirm the appointment and then shave,shower and leave ,I try to get there half hour before to park or make sure not to be late and have one drink like an ice tea with alcohol and relax ,I don’t have expectations and forget allé reviews on merb because it could be so different from one to another.

I ask for a massage at the start and usually offer one in return before we get into action.
The rest of my routine is more common I believe.
