China is more problematic than going to either Thailand or the Philippines, even without a visa requirement. A couple of weeks there at two girls per day and a massage(+ if you like) in between bouts and it will cure you of your fever for a while, give you some great memories, and won't break the bank. There is that flight to deal with, mind you, but pick a red-eye and sleep through if you can sleep on planes and even that isn't that big a deal. If you want to do China for a couple of days anyway go to AC and you can hop easy and quick flights out of Clark to Macao for pocket change.

Even HKese prefer to spend their money "up North" as it cheaper, convenient transportation and high level of service.

Infrastructure has nothing to do with it. Thailand and PI are simply easier to hobby in with less barriers to entry for NA mongers.

Not a bit older, but much older! They advertised 20s when u get there they are 50s LOL. Can not trust them. I rarely pay sisit to an Asian SP, unless i read the comments here saying they are outstanding ! Not taking any chances.
