My agency appointments in Montreal usually start between 8-930p. That window of time is perfect for indulging in drinks at the hotel bar the first 30 minutes of appointment as an icebreaker and allows for getting out and about in the afternoon.

I’d prefer even later, but we know talent drops off post 9pm and the risk of cancellation increases. I did some Euphoria and Vogue appointments at 6pm back in the day and then followed up with an Asservissante appointment at 2am.

In NYC/NNJ, I usually book the 930/10pm slot when available (better late night appts here than in Montreal) then grab a late night burger and Guinness at a bar near hotel.
