One thing i have realised since i have joined this board is that people's opinion of beauty can be so different. there are some sp's i have seen that i have thought were DDG and gave an excellent service, but in some of their reviews there are completely different opinions on the same girl. Where as some girl that i find to be far less than gnd and recieved IMHO less than average service, but in some of her reviews she is described as beautiful and great service. I rather not mention names i just would like to say that i have realised that if you have not seen the girl you can not judge her only based on the review because girls click better and give a better service with some than others and the numbers used to rate faces can vary so much with each person. :nod:

I feel the same way as as you. I just noticed that the look that many of the people find DDG are very fake looking but thats just me I dont want to insult any girls obviously i just find there are a couple of girls that I have found absolutely gorgeous and got pretty low ratings on their looks. To each his own i sapose right ? 
What DDG mean exactly... sound dumb since its been 4 years im here, but i still don't know lol. In any case, you can't based your opinion on ONE review of course, but if a review thread is 80% negative, with 10 or so review... you can't really hope that it will be excellent. Look wise its purely a matter of opinion, i rarely based my booking on look rating but i do base it on service rating....
DDG is drop dead gorgeous. and no i am not basing on one review it has actually been something i have noticed over time with a few different girls. but i am also talking more about looks and chemistry than service.
Reviews are more important in the USA where you can run into overpriced marginal looking girls, down right rip-offs, and Law Enforcement!
Here in Montreal the service is pretty good and the prices are more reasonable/affordable. However, the reviews can tell you a lot about style as well as substance. But you are right, The process is subjective. If a girl does not DFk or does not do anal ect. you can learn this from the reviews. But also YMMV or it can be a bad day.
I wonder what it would be like to do 3-4 woman a day 3-4 times per week and not have a bad performance or two?

personally i wouldn't risk seeing a girl in the state because of police/illegality and the big price.. unless its a well known pornstar... thats the only time i would lay the bucks... i think we got enough hot ladies in canada without needing to go USA... and thanks for the DDG thing.
I see girls that are well reviewed on TER and ECCIE. The SP's always ask for rerferences. Their reviews and web sites are references for me. The police do not typically make up fake web sites and reviews. And the girls I pick are ones that I have had my eye on. It is a real cat and mouse game we play here in th states but this is where I live. I go fucking crazy when I leave this country.
The reviews on MERB are not fool proof but they help weed out candidates. Do they DFK? Are they too mechanical? Are they fun and personable and will they have a glass of wine? Are multiple SOG's available? Are they consistent? You get a feel for all of these things when you study reviews.

Indeed, Opinions on beauty, service, and other criteria are very different from one to another...
That is why it is better to have many reviewers for each girls to have different opinions... Then we can learn after a while that some other reviewers have similar taste as us and we rely more on their future reviews...

I second this point of view. There are subcommunities of merbites when it comes to body tastes and service expectations. A minimum number of reviews is required before making a decision whether to go for an SP or not. I personally factor some parameters into the equation, as the credibility of the reviewer, the affinity that I have with the reviewers... I also usually give negative reviews a higher weigth than positive ones. The weight usually depends on how much risk I am willing to take to get scammed. In other circumtances, it only depends on horniness.
In case of ONE reviews i would say it depend on what it is...
For exemple if its
1) Chemistry was not there, wasn't into it
2) Took her phone too often(text messages for exemple)
3) Too much bathroom breaks
This i can all forget and try her anyway...
But if the review is pointing out a very bad attitude, or really like "avoid avoid" kind of type... i won't be interested. Even if it could turn out that the next client had a great service.
In term of look, i couldn't give a damn more... its all subjective anyway.

I do not even pay attention on reviewed looks unless they say hideous. Attitude is what I look for, ok also add nice natural breasts and .
I have taken ladies off my tdl because of some bad reviews, not so much for looks , but things they do or do not do, for me dfk is very important, so if I read a review that has 12 post and 4 of them say no dfk , that's a no no. but if theres 12posts , and only 1 person mentions no dfk, it could be a ymmv thing, maybe the person doing the review had extremely bad breath , and the lady wanted nothing to do with that, I would overlook that review as its an isolated incident , and I would still keep that lady on the tdl
