I will never understand why anyone thinks these look good. It's my biggest pet peeve in this industry. I've never seen one instance of them where they don't trend towards making a face look cartoonish. They don't even feel good to kiss, as they aren't as soft as natural lips.

That said, it's all in the eye of the beholder. My taste isn't everyone's.

As I always said I do not like any kind of plastic surgery especially breast implants. I love women with big lips, they make for the most pleasurable DFK but I like them natural. Duck lips is not of my interest, it makes the face look more like a mannequin. Amazing how social media influences women to get all kinds of plastic surgery.

There is nothing wrong with receiving Botox treatments. I personally have Botox injections in my forehead every 3-4 months and also get fillers under my eyes. I believe that it should not concern anyone if service providers choose to have these procedures done. If it helps them feel good about themselves, we shouldn't be quick to judge. Remember, you are paying for a service, not for a personal relationship.

Juvederm injections for lips, collagen and Botox injections for faces are meant to be used on an older clientele. As you get older, your body doesn’t produce as much collagen which can give the impression that your lips and face aren’t as full. They were initially supposed to help that crowd regain a youthful appearance. Botox is meant to prevent your face from moving and creating wrinkles. Like all the good stuff, people have abused them. Now you’ll see 20 year olds with a bunch of Botox they don’t need. They haven’t even hit the second puberty yet. I am happy if that can help them feel better about themselves but they don’t need it, you don’t need to be expressionless in your 20s.

What can happen if you get injections too early is that it can create a “pillow face”. Look at Kylie Jenner without filters and picture editing. She permanently looks swollen because of all the injections she’s gotten.

There’s also “filler migrations” when you see a woman with a “filler mustache”, that’s because the injections in her lips have started migrating to her philtrum (space between lips and nose).

I think the "needing it" part depends on genetics more than age tbh. I personally dont do it because I don't have the patience to keep up steadily but if I did, I would be getting botox. IMO it makes sense to start it earlier. Some People in their 20s already start showing signs of aging and I think it's pointless to wait until you have wrinkles to start botox because it's not a cure, it's prevention!

One thing I dislike is butt implants. They never look good in my opinion. But to each their own, I'm all for people doing whatever makes them feel better in their body

That's a look I don't understand. Using fillers is one thing, but when your face looks totally swollen, when the skin has a waxy feel, I wonder if they see it themselves. A lot of women want this "glamourous" style these days (which to me is the opposite of glamourous), but they all end up looking the same. Exactly the same—I have a hard time distinguishing a lot of advertisers in this industry nowadays.

I really don't understand why women do this. Do they really think this is more appealing to us, men? Otherwise, who are they trying to please?
Social media. They are doing it for themselves and to post selfies on social media to be like the others.

Body dysmorphia. They don’t see that they look swollen, they still feel like they don’t have enough injections so they get more.

Filters. When you use them too much, you start wanting to look like them and will even go as far as altering your looks permanently and non permanently.

The question was specifically about the attraction for " duck lips " not Botox use in general

On my flight today two twenty something girls with massive red duck lips sat ahead of me, since we were leaving Istanbul all eyes were on them. Did not help that they were taking about 20 selfies during the flight and wearing Lululemons.. IMO they would have looked far better natural.
