Mulcair: French-only notices may put validity of Quebec election into question

^^^^ The Quebec government is violating the constitution, the laws were set decades ago by the Supreme Court that election information must be sent in both French and English that even the Notwithstanding Clause cannot override. They did the most they can do but Lego's Bill 96 is the problem. A legal case is in progress. This can also question the validity of the upcoming election in October. It is clear the government is out to eradicate all other languages. Look at College LaSalle, the college is now under bankruptcy protection. At the end the students will pay the price because of bureaucrats being too authoritarian imposing rules for their own self serving purpose that does nothing to better society as a whole.
