The Visitors are winning 55-54........................I pretty much always believed that the out of town hobbyists ruled MERB, and this poll proves it. Montreal's proximity to the northeastern USA and the vast wasteland in the northeastern USA for those who are clients make this result a no brainer............

I am sure overall it is higher...just may not be merb members...I was recently in Chicago and the average agency lady was betrween 300 - 400 per hour...very easy to come to montreal (excuse the pun) for fun and pleasure
