Hi guys,

This means one thing....

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE ANYBODY!!

The driver who went to the client`s house and broke the door and started beating up the guy is in fault as well.. The driver underestimated the client as well as the girl!!

I am not saying what the client did was right but the driver & the SP should not of gone to the client`s house for 20$! This is my opinion,

My condolences to the SP family

Thanks
Tony

Hello Tony,

Yes, it was a foolish omission on my part to forget the driver. Of course I and others here don't know who made the decision to go back and get the money. The escort surely mentioned it to the driver, and probably the agency, and any of the three parties may have decided to retrieve the money. But certainly someone escalated the situation beyond going back to one where it triggered violence and eventually...death. Certainly are driver who may also function as an enforcer could easily have been the trigger of violence since it was probably his job to intervene. But no matter what the trigger was for these attacks, or who caused it, you are right. Whoever made the choice to go back for a paltry $20 ended up creating the unnecessary (in my view) situation that cost a life.

tragic,

Merlot

It's tragic for everyone. $20 is nothing if you have it but if you don't have any money, then $20 is a lot of money. May the SP rest in peace.

But, every occupation is vulnerable to such tragedy. Look at what happened recently when an ICE officer tried to kill a supervisor who denying his request for a transfer -- in Long Beach, CA.

The devil is in the details. It is very difficult to judge the case as a whole. But I agree with you. Legally, the driver is not allowed to break in the guy's house. Interestingly, from my understanding, he was not prosecuted. I wonder why.

$20 isn't crap. It is NOT worth taking another person's life . . .

I totally agree with you DD. And I didn't mean to give any other impression. However, people in certain unfortunate situations have killed another person for less. It's very tragic that countries like the US and Canada (considered wealthy nations) witness people being forced by economic circumstances to resort to actions that could easily lead to death -- like driving to a customer's residence and demanding $20 or resoting to armed robberies.

Back to the subject at hand -- I'm very saddened by the killing of the SP and the driver who was hurt and the killer who destroyed his own future over $20.

$20 isn't crap. It is NOT worth taking another person's life, because you have robbed that person of many years of life, their off-spring, and guess what ... the person who kills for that lousy $20 is going to rot in jail and then in Hell. Nothing is more pitiful than a murderer who murdered for money - at any amount.

Rot in hell? Well the guy shouldn't had do what he did, but if everybody's talking is right, the driver BROKE DOWN HIS DOOR AND START BEATING HIM UP.... i know for sure if somebody did that to me, he would not walk out of my home on his own.... i know where to hit to stop somebody whitout killing, but you can be sure the driver would had been messed up badly... he probably panick and got carried away...

im not saying what he did was right, not at all, but the driver should be in jail for assault as well and he could say legitimate self defense.

But you have to ask, why did he kill the girl and not the driver?

Because he was in love with the girl and when he saw that she was laughing and taking pleasure in the driver beating him up, he lost it and killed the girl. I don't think that he meant to kill her but he got carried away and that's what happened. Violence leads to violence so as somebody else said, at that point it's kill or be killed. Nobody here could say for certain how they would react if somebody broke their door down and proceeded to beat you up for $20.

she was laughing really? Damn some people are pathetic... First of all you don't broke down somebody's door for 20 bucks, period. Chances are if she was a regular for him, she would had get it in tip anyway another time. Why some people enjoy the suffering of others, especially for no valid reasons?

Then again, killing her for that... damn. Anybody knows exactly(in what we can know) what happened in what order? I mean, i supose he got jumped by the driver... get beaten, girl laugh, then what, he pull out a knife when the driver is going away? Stab him.... he fall down... out of combat, and then he jump the girl and kill her?

Its a shame he killed her, cause if he would had just beat her a bit, or don't touch her at all, he would had probably be able to pled legitimate self defense and get absolutely nothing...

I think the government is responible for this girls death.
If prostitution was legal we wouldn't have these problems.

The family should sue the government for not allowing her to practice her profession in a safe manner.

Its time these ASSHOLES in the government start being responsible for their actions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello snoodle,

So you are saying if prostitution was legal no escort would have to face risk of harm? Aren't dating and marriage legal? Girls and women are abused, beaten, and killed by their boyfriends and husbands despite the legality of their relationships, and the ability and length of time getting to know who they are choosing to be with. So risk remains anyway.

The only way to try to make escorting safe or much safer as it might be for other women as you suggest is to make an escort system like dating systems that have personal information on all participating individuals and weed out undesirables. I doubt that clients want agencies or escorts to know so much about them, or for that information to be filed so that legal authorities can access it...or someone hack into it...or somehow it gets accidentally passed on.

Otherwise in a generally anonymous legal escorting system agencies and escorts still would not be able to choose clients, or have the time or maybe even the desire to take the time to weed out undesirables, thus allowing nearly the same risk of abuses and dangers.

In the first place escorting is quasi-legal, as I understand it.

Good luck,

Merlot
