She is still the best female tennis player we have and by far the hottest Canadian.
Go Genie.
It is always easier to get behind a winner, real fans support their athletes even during tough times.

Fuck enfin!!!

It would be kind of funny if she were reading MERB and looking for an SP. I wonder who she would go for.

Nah, Genie is no fool, she is accustomed to the good life , someone like Neymar( signed for 263 million Euro to PSG from Barcelona) or Cristiano Ronaldo ( 206 million Euro 5 year contract with Real Madrid) is more her style.

Her long-time bf is Jordan Caron. So i have no doubt Matthew would definitely be her type!

I'm starting to believe that her career is over. She has nothing left in the tank. Zero confidence. Zero fight in her. She commits record-setting unforced errors match after match. She's like a zombie out there. I'd recommend that she retire, but considering her so-called tennis career still brings her advertising revenue then maybe she could continue milking the cow for as long as it lasts.

Once the tennis $$ stops coming in she can then retire, get married and have babies, work as a tennis coach and enjoy spending her millions. I'm not sad for her. A brilliant tennis career was at her grasp and she made wrong decisions and let it slip away. No one's fault but her own.

Would'nt you? I would!

She knows that. Believe me a tennis player knows nobody can hit the ball for them. It's a tough and cruel sport. What is the ratio of successful player versus those who came close? 1 out of a thousand maybe?

It's hard to believe that she doesn't realise that her popularity comes from her success in tennis. She was never talented enough to be a #1 but she could have won a couple of grand slams and should have been able to stay in the top 10. This is what happens when she got a boyfriend, some success in modelling etc. Instagram and Snap-chat are where she is destined to be a star, I think her tennis career is finished.

It all started going downhill when she fired her longtime coach Nick Saviano. The people she then surrounded herself with also didn't help. I even wonder if she's ever consulted with a sports psychologist? A couple of years ago i learned that her 'entourage' was doing everything it could to keep her away from any psychologist.

The thing is she did not need a psy when she was with Saviano. And you got it right. Forget the pseudo-modeling/instagram/snap-chat thing... That is all BS. Sharapova was everywhere when she started winning. She kept on. Firing Saviano was the career mistake number 1. That is the problem when you and your entourage think you know it all. He was the master piece.

..and if she continues that way...very soon she will have to qualify herself for big tournament........this issue could make her rethinks her carreer.......or take it the good way and say...new start....i now have the determination to go through et déployer tous les efforts.....is she able????

When she was winning she was known as a player that was strong mentally with a killing instinct. That was the reason given by Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory) on why he had become her biggest fan. But that's all gone now. Her confidence is shot and you can't win in tennis if you don't have confidence in your abilities.

She played okay in her first set the other day, only to lose in a tie-breaker. But once she was down by a set, it seemed that she totally gave up and barely showed up for the second set. A few years ago when she was at the top of her game, she wouldn't have let being down by one set get to her. She would have used this to motivate herself into upping her game and snatching victory from her opponent.

From all accounts she looks great in practice. But as soon as she hits the court, her confidence disappears as the unforced errors start piling up. Who knows, maybe she needs to take a year off from the game and re-evaluate her life.
