JSB,

You mean this is like a little incentive for members to write more posts?

291 posts to go and at the rate at which I post, I should get rid of this redirect message by 2018, I am feeling so hopeful :)

...I posted a comment your reply is basically the same as panther put below. psot number 6 and im not mad, was not pleased at the time...

I read your thread last night. You might also be aware that a similar thread was started like 2 months ago about the rudeness of this booker. You are not the only person who suffered his bad temper, be assured. In that thread, some members sided with the agency as well and others got themselves banned because they went so ballistic when defending the said-agency.

Bottom line, all this is really not worth it.

HFE,

Your post implies Mike was rude to JSB. I do not see that JSB posted that - maybe he did and I missed it.

Panthere has also denied ever using the GG agency so why you are using his thread to take a shot at GG is suspect to me......

In case you have not noticed, Good Girls at the moment has more than double the votes of any other agency in the MERB best agency poll. Have you ever used the agency? Based on my own personal experience I am not sure what you are talking about. That thread was started by a disgruntled client or non-client (not sure which), yet in what appears to be a democratic poll vote of all of MERB being monitored by Merlot and regulated by his rules, GG is leading the next best agency by a 2-1 margin. In presidential political voting that would be called a landslide. I guess maybe they are not "rude" to everyone????????? It is sort of like going to the Fox News studios and asking one of the disgruntled windbags over there to start a thread on Obama. What would you expect them to say?

Also, did you ever hear the expression that "the higher you shimmy up the flagpole, the more your ass crack is exposed?" Guess who has shimmied way up the flagpole? I think it goes with the turf. Same thing used to happen when John Eleganza was the top dog, and when Chris of Devilish/Dangerous Curves was the top dog. Disgruntled clients would take shots at them on MERB. Both John and Chris actually would retort back in the day. This is very basic MERB history 101 that anyone who has been here the last 10 years knows. i would go so far as to say that your post insults the intelligence of many long time posters here on MERB.

Getting back to the subject of panthere's thread: I don't understand why you are logging in and out? I stay logged in to MERB on my laptop and phone. I can understand if you are using a public computer but in this age of smartphones is it really necessary to ever logout any more?

panthere,

When you log in you should have a "remember me" prompt appear under the log in screens alongside a box you can check. Make sure you check it. If you check it you will not be logged out and instead you will remain logged in when you close and move to another website or program.

I have the same problem and it occurs on any device I use - very annoying. This problem has occurred on and off over the years. Saving my user name or password is not an option since someone may snoop or just be using one of my devices and need to guard against this.

You are not alone. I opened a thread about this a while ago and it went nowhere.

I also seen the bug on some other forum and it seems vbulletin is the culprit.

Here is how I do it and it works for me. I use Safari on a Macbook Pro. I don`t know if that matters or not, but it shouldn`t. I always log in from a new page because there are family members who might use this computer, so I don`t keep cookies, history, etc.
I open Safari, Google is set as my home page, it opens and in the URL I type "https://merb.cc".
I click on "I Agree Enter"
Under the "Quebec Escort Reviews" box, I click on the second line or the top "Montreal Escort Agencies Reviews" line.
When that page opens, I log in. I don`t check the "remember me" box. I get the "Thanks for Logging in.......Redirecting ...." page. The "Escort Agencies" page appears, I click on the "Forum" box and go from there.
If I don`t follow that pattern, I have to log in twice, just like many others.

I hope the mod reads this, as the solution I have applied on a forum with the same issue works.

Clear the cookie path set in AdminCP > Settings > Options > cookie settings

This doesn't need to be set at all.
