After reading a few threads, there is something I just don't understand... I am not judging here, just wondering...
What about security?? From my point of view, when a lady chooses to be in an agency instead of being independant, it's because :
1 - She does want to answer the phone / emails, take care of website, pictures, etc...
2 - She does not have the ressources to be surrounded by trust worthy people, therefore the environnement is not secure!!
When you take care of booking an appointment for a lady, she kinda puts her life into your hands! How come these situations happen?? There is so many people that call themselves "agency", but in fact, all they do is answer a phone call/email and send a girl whereever without checking anything or asking her advice! Many people have no clue of what to do in an emergency!
I just have to speak my mind..
Aren't the ladies aware that security comes first? If there is any problem, ANY PROBLEM, you leave, and then call your agency. If you cannot leave, you call hotel security/911! Why are the ladies scared of that? I think they all need to know that NO LE will give them problems for taking care of their own life!!! Besides, they all need to have access to free legal help (paid by the agency, just seems logical).
I may be out of line here, but to me, it's important that a lady is aware that she is protected, that every situation has a planned solution. She should ask questions to her booker!! So many people do not care if the lady does not call to confirm, who she is seeing, etc etc. Is it so hard to ask for a simple full name and verify??
The girls have the right to know the most information possible about the person they are gonna see!!! They should be told that when you walk in a room, you put the donation in a safe place, you talk to the guy to see if you are at ease with him, and then call to confirm. There should be someone in front of where she is for the whole time she is there. They should know that they decide what they want to do! There is NO OBLIGATION!
I speak from experience here. I have worked for agencies that ask for a tremendous part of your earnings, but have no clue of who the hell is the guy they are sending you to, have no one looking out for you, have you wait forever in front of an hotel or a residence because the driver was "far away". They almost force you to take the date or extend the lenght, etc etc... How can that be OK???
I know we are all trying to make a living here, but if someone gets hurt because of you, is it really worth it??
