Griselda was a badass woman, that's for sure. Ask her 3 murdered husbands........oh wait, you can't.......maybe this is why husband #4 never made it to the altar.EB....am about to watch GRISELDA....ESCOBAR said....the only man i was afraid of was a woman...lol...will give a try soon.....
I watched Blue Eye Samurai... 3 times. What an amazing series. Only one season so far.
A must watch.
- 8 episodes
- Incredible animation
- Strong female character who isn't a Mary Sue
- Lots of violence and blood
- Lots of nudity (male and female) and sex
- Set in 17th century Japan, when the country was closed to foreigners
- Comment on the subjection and empowerment of women
- Very funny at times
- Lots of very touching moments
- Every single character well drawn out
- No one is 100% good or 100% bad
- A complex revenge story just the way I like them
Tokyo Vice, definitely.Tokyo Vice really enjoying it
Loved the show Gentlemen.Having just finished season 2 of the Tourist, which was good, I just started The Gentleman, the Guy Ritchie produced Netflix series which is a sort of reimagining of the film of the same name. Slightly different plot. The first two episodes are excellent. Very good acting, funny story, kind of everything that can go wrong does type of action. The entire cast is good, including the very hot Kaya Scodelario, who recently got divorced in real life. What's really interesting is the casting of Giancarlo Esposito as a highly "civilized" meth dealer - the same kind of character he played in Breaking Bad. Different name, different accent but basically the same exact character. Guy Ritchie was obviously a fan of Breaking Bad and Esposito.
