Black Mirror or maybe the title should be Black Horror.
British television series delving in the darkest side of the human psyche.

Making a murderer -10 episode documentary

Storyline
Filmed over a 10-year period, Making a Murderer is an unprecedented real-life thriller about Steven Avery, a DNA exoneree who, while in the midst of exposing corruption in local law enforcement, finds himself the prime suspect in a grisly new crime. Set in America's heartland, the series takes viewers inside a high-stakes criminal case where reputation is everything and things are never as they appear. Written by Netflix

If you don't mind experiencing a roller coaster of emotions that range from sadness to total anger, to pure disbelief and unfairness to many WTF moments, I highly recommend watching the documentary. For those of you who like streaming shows, the 10 episodes are available at: http://episodes.li/Watch/Making-a-Murderer-27491.html#!episodes_tab

Billions.

Most intriguing character is the in-house trading coach/psychologist.

Some of the new Netflix originals from 2014/15 are pretty good.
But the Black List, returning Thursday is my favourite on regular TV.

Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead are my two favorites and i'm anxiously waiting for their seasons to resume.

I also like The Black List, although i'm not crazy with the acting other than the always great James Spader. And the scripts are somewhat cheesy and unbelievable at times. But i find the Raymond Reddington character (Spader) mesmerizing, so i continue watching it.

Homeland is also among my favorites, but i've yet to watch the past season which has since ended. Maybe i'll do a marathon this upcoming weekend.

By the way, i watched the premiere episoe of The Bachelor this past Monday and the women this season are incredible! Because of this, i'll likely be a regular watcher of this reality series for the next couple of months.

American Crime

I only realized the other night that the series was renewed after a very good first season. The second episode of season 2 was shown Wednesday night. What shocked me is noticing that one of the main actors from the first season was in the second season. It was shocking since he died during the first season. And then other familiar faces were popping up on the screen. I realized the brilliance: many of the actors from the first season were brought back for the season season in different roles, since it's an entirely different storyline altogether. A totally new series, in other words. Absolutely brilliant!!!

Felicity Huffman and Timothy Hutton have been brought back, among a cast of other very good actors who appeared in its first season.

Gabriella, I completely agree with your summary. I binged watched this and it's indeed an emotional roller coaster. Have you followed up on it?

Only after I had finished, I did the google and it appears that we're in store for some potentially big developments in the near future. If you're interested, reddit has alot of background/additional info and material that didn't make it into the documentary and i found it quite engaging and enlightening.

After assessing it yourself, you want to feel that definitive verdict, confirming what you felt it should be. Putting your bias aside and thinking objectively and rationally. I'd be very interested in what others have felt and i believe we do have a number of resident lawyers here.

In the end, its either not guilty or guilt. however, to get there, the entitlement of a fair trial is paramount. This case can be characterized by the saying that, truth is stranger than fiction.
