Wonder how much of the results since the Austrian Grand Prix have been dictated to regenerate interest in F1 which has become a real joke in 2019...and Liberty Media knows it because they keep losing money with F1!

In any event, I am impressed to see Ferrari back on track in what has been a public relations nightmare for F1 in 2019...which got worse with that horrible fiasco in Montreal!...lol!

Doublé FERRARI but not the one i was expecting with VETTEL winning grâce à une stratégie d'arrêt aux puits qui l'a favorisé...bienvenue Charles dans la Cour des grands.....lol......First win for Vettel in the last year.

It was a very exciting race to watch and Ferrari finally seems to have turned the corner and giving Mercedes a run for their money. I felt bad for Leclerc considering he could have won his third race in a row but that's how life goes. I was happy for Vettel to finally win a race in over a year or so. He was robbed in Mtl by the race officials and lately his confidence seemed to have taken a hit. But winning today gave his morale (and the team) a boost and next week they're heading to Russia.

I appreciated Lewis Hamilton's sportsmanship after the race when he walked up to Vettel (who was being interviewed) and gave him a hug as he congratulated him for the win. Hamilton truly looked extremely happy for Vettel!

Yes Doc! I'm sure we're all elated for Ferrari with their 3rd win in a row after getting the royal shaft in Mtl!

However, as I previously mentioned in Post #2....."I wonder how much of the results since the Austrian Grand Prix have been dictated to regenerate interest in F1 which has become a real joke in 2019...and Liberty Media knows it because they keep losing money with F1"!

Doublé Mercedez...HAMILTON--BOTAS......FERRARI was leading one and two BUT l'abandon de VETTEL a ouvert la porte à Hamilton qui en a bien profité pour inscrire sa 7ème victoire de l'année.

Mercedes is one heck of a racing team and all their winnings are well deserved. But throughout the season Ferrari (both team and drivers) have literally thrown away the season with so many strategic and mental mistakes. The only thing not making it worse than it already is is the fact they have two of the top 4 cars in the business. All season long it's been head-scratching decisions by the team and Vettel is starting to show his age taking unnecessary risks and making bone headed decisions at times. The only bright spot has been Charles Leclerc.

Hey any of you guys see the trailer for the new movie Ford v. Ferrari?

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=I3h9Z89U9ZA

It’s about the war Ford declared on Ferrari starting with the 1966 24 Hours of LeMans. The back story seems very very interesting! My understanding is that the character Christian Bale plays was actually killed in a crash in 1966.

Seen the trailer and I love the cast . Just don’t see that many movies anymore but I’m a big fan of Christian Bale which I think is a very underrated actor so it’s on my TSL now . Looks like a really good car film ,,, legendary Ferrari vs Ford’s muscle car

I'm curious to see how the authorities will rule in regards to Ferrari's possible infraction in regards to fuel levels in Leclerc's car. Big mystery there.
