Dramatic ending to a somewhat boring Grand Prix...Hamilton who was named Driver of the Day, wins the race with a puncture on his last lap!!! Definitely adding to the legend.
Punctures for Bottas and Sainz as well... Pirelli had warned the teams that the tires were good for 30 laps, not 40 lol
Poor Hulkenberg who was out even before the race started.. Stroll should have done better but the kid is still on a learning curve..
Silverstone again next week...

Oh...little surprises for tomorrow......BOTTAS--HAMILTON in the lead position...and oh wow HULKENBERG---RACING POINT-- with VERSTAPPEN on the second line......suivie by RICCIARDO and STROLL.......we should have another good one.

Hulkenberg had a monster day!! So happy for him..
Next year , Racing Point will become Aston Martin but it won't be Hulkenberg replacing Perez , most probably Vettel!

It was all VERSTAPPEN today.....bonne gestion des pneumatiques et un super dépassement sur BOTTAS au 28ème tour,,,,bravo......happy also for LECLERC--- 4th place---.....bonne gestion de course also....i like this kid......RACING POINT.....stable BUT i was expecting more.....
Autre journée désastreuse pour VETTEL .
Next stop.....next week Barcelone.

Verstappen all the way and deservingly so. Now 2nd in the driver championship, and with possibly another 10 races to go, the battle for the title is far from over if Red Bull keeps that pace...being 30 points behind Hamilton.
Perez should be back next week and i predict a podium for him , very soon.
Thanks to Leclerc's great driving this year , Ferrari is now 3rd in the constructor standings , 2 points ahead of Mclaren.

Vey good start for VERSTAPPEN and it has paid off for his second place.....agressive start also for LANCE ...was third BUT was obvious que BOTTAS le rattraperait......il a terminé 4ème ...grâce à une penalty douteuse imposée à PEREZ...qui a terminé 5ème.
Bravo à RACING POINT...and also finally BRAVO to VETTEL---driver of the day---pour sa tenacité--persévérance....he finished 7th.

Next stop....in 2 weeks...BELGIUM.

Un depart canon de Stroll!!! I honestly thought that it was Perez but no, Lance proves once again that he is very good to scoop one or two places on the first lap... Happy for him and a well deserved 4th place.
I was hoping for rain towards the end but I might get my wish in two weeks at the mythical Spa Francorchamps race track

J'ai pas pu voir les qualifications ce matin mais c'est certain que je regarde la course demain , en direct!
I'm happy for Renault , things are looking promising and why not a podium finish for Ricciardo tomorrow?
Inspired by Chadwick Boseman's death , Hamilton grabs pole position by more than a half second...which prompted Toto Wolff to call his performance "extra-terrestrial".
Hoping for a Wakanda salute , if he wins tomorrow.

Another perfect wekend for HAMILTON and MERCEDES.....nothing spectacular today... .even VERSTAPPEN said it was boring .....and i agree....mince consolation was the good race by both RENAULT 4ème et 5ème....bravo.....not a good day for RPOINT...hope they will do better next week in MONZA.

Woke up to late today again lol...but I did watch on replay, Hamilton's pole position lap and boy, it was quick !!
Fastest lap ever in Monza.
Ma prediction d'un podium pour Perez tient toujours..

Boy was I happy to wake up this morning!! it looked like another boring Grand Prix, then I had flashbacks of Ratzenberger, Bianchi, Senna or Villeneuve, when Leclerc crashed his car Such a relief to see him moving in his cockpit..
That crash changed the whole race, which was impacted by the red flag and the 10 second penalty to Hamilton, making it impossible to win.
Bref, toutes mes felicitations pour Pierre Gasly, premier vainqueur provenant de la France depuis Panis en 96 ( Monaco).
It was weird to hear La Marseillaise after such a long time..lol
Good day for Stroll with a podium!!
No more Perez predictions for me

Stroll a pris sa place en 3ème position.....lol.....mais il aurait pu aussi gagner cette course n'eût été de son mauvais départ à la reprise......who said Formula 1 was boring ??,,,lol....des rebondissements, une reprise de course après un long arrêt suite au violent incident LECLERC....et LEWIS qui finit 8ème....wow....on en redemande....lol.....un vent de fraîcheur qui fait du bien et ravive l'intérêt........bien content pour GASLY....bravo jeune homme......à quand la prochaine .
Malheureusement une autre journée désastreuse pour FERRARI ...à la maison en plus.
