I would really support an agency that made a commitment to putting a date on their pictures and updating the pictures say every 3 to 6 months. It has not been a horrible problem but quite often, unless the girl is brand new, the pictures are from when she started working. Which might have been years ago. Hair color and weight often change.

Some agency's do seem to be better about updating the ages as well these days. The trend before was to perpetually leave the girls the age she started.

Yeah, but when they update them, they often update them from one fictitious age to another. It's unfortunate that some agencies market women in their mid to late 20s as being younger. Just be fucking honest! Some of us (me) like SPs who are in their mid to late 20s and are going to book them. The problem is that so many agencies lie about ages that a lot of us have come to assume that 25 is actually 35, while 20 is either really 20 or otherwise 25. It seems like there is a 50% chance of younger ages being accurate and about 100% chance of older ages being inaccurate.
