I think some girls in these FS clubs use some very astute moves to liberate more money from clients than they intend to shell out. e.g.

1) They don't discuss money until they've got you in the booth.
2) They often do a dance (or two) before announcing that you've just had $20 dances, just in case you were thinking they were $10
3) Now the they bring up the "options". You're already in for $40 - what do you do? If you stop, you feel cheated out of $40. If you have one more $20 dance you're in for $60 and feeling even more pissed off.
4) They announce the cost of the option without adding in the dances. So, the $80 BJ ends up costing $100 with the two dances preceding the BJ song.
5) I can't blame the girls for this, but the couple of beers you had before negotations started doesn't help!
