GEISHA's owner/Agencies attitude problem!!!!!

as iv'e always stated, everyone has his/her opinons and iv'e always been forthright about that, with that said, i have told you my opinons and how i view Geisha, and also told you i have had nothing but great relations with them, and nothing but help when asking about certain Ladies within their agencies......

and if you look on their site you WILL see how the girls "rate" as a way to further help you decide if your interested if your looking at more than just "looks" when you choose who you do business with, thus your getting answers to some possible questions about a lady you like before you even have to call them for any info you may want (at the bottom of some of the girls pics it tells if they have restrictions or who they may not wish to see, etc etc etc) ......

Maybe Kevin was having a bad day and blew his top so to speak , so what, it happens, but the focus should be and i presume it is, and thats to give the customer good service and make sure he runs a clean operation as thats what he's stated as doing..... my suggestion is you call and talk to them and you will see what i'm talking about, especially Marie'Eve (receptionist), shes so kind and helpfull....... and for the record they have NEVER asked me to write anything about them, nor has anyone else for that matter, they have treated me well so im just telling you my experiences with Geisha

I am not saying that I will write him off entirely but his approach lately doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

Fair enough! I do think they are very fortunate that you as a satisfied customer would take the time to present your experiences with the agency. And it helps to repair damaged trust with some of the membership. Just for the record this was not a one off shot for Kevin. He has been building to it lately. Now as I said before I was one of the first to congratulate Kevin when he came out with his new approach. But he is going to have to get a grip here. You just can't be in business and insult the customers. That's a no no. In any event, you and I are only two people out of a very large merb membership. Will they take his words with a grain of salt? Only they can answer that for themselves.

I agree with your take; it sounded to me like he was very frustrated about some thing or situation (as a agency owner) that we don't understand and his vent was maybe not well stated (or translated) and offended some readers. Lets face it some of the issues have been joked about before between members on this forum.

As a MERB member I didn't take offense with his comments. I have used the collection of agencies before and I have been satisfied with the girls and the customer service. I think they are good about quickly getting accurate pictures and descriptions and service level of the girls and I appreciate that in an agency.

We know that with many agencies the service level is not always the same across all the girls. I like being able to pay an adjusted price at MRTLC for various quality or service levels rather than the same higher price regardless of the service level.

I know I will use the MTRLC agency in the future as I was not offended by his comments. And I believe he has the right to voice his opinion on those issues rather I agree with them or not. :cool:
