I have to be able to kiss in order to feel like it is a real and genuine experience for me. If the girl is not including this in her service then I usually will decline. Looks has nothing to do with it either, it is about experience and what I would do at a very minimum with any woman I dated.
GFE means Girl Friend Experience otherwise I wouldn't spend the cash and I'd stay home and masturbate ! For me if I communicate with an agency or an SP and the service offered is NOT GFE I won't see this SP.

GFE is very important but what’s more important is for an agency to be upfront and disclose limitations. No surprises.

It's interesting how human beings acclimate. When I first started seeing SPs, kissing was the one line most wouldn't cross. But now that GFE is standard, I can't do without it. Aside from the fact that kissing is great foreplay, oral and penetrative sex without DFK just feels too "Wham Bam thank you Ma'am" and less personal.
