Gunman arrested in Brossard...does this happen more often than not?

It rarely happens in Canada. It frequently happens in the States since every lunatic can own a gun. I have a friend of mine who owns an arsenal (in the States) and the last time i spoke to him, he told me he had his eye on purchasing a bazooka. I replied "what's going to be next? A tank?" and he laughed. "I can't afford one, but if i could i would", he replied.
