Here is another baseball analogy. I went to a baseball game yesterday, and paid more than than I have EVER paid before for the tickets (and I've had great seats in a number of major league parks). As good fortune would have it, the seats were phenomenal, the game was a great one and my son had a fantastic time, but it could have been boring, or a rainout. I would have had a good time sitting in the bleachers beyond the outfield wall for a lot less money, as I have done many times before. Paying more for the tickets didn't guarantee a great time, but it provided a totally different experience, and certainly a better vantage, which in this case we were lucky enough to benefit from.
As it happens I have seen HM, but only as part of a duo. That was also a hefty investment (about the same as the baseball tickets), but a very memorable evening. I got lucky that night too!
