Has any1 hobbied in Azerbaijan or North Cyprus? How was it? Which is better and why?

I was going to go to morocco but due to their rules and strictness on our hobby I decided on 2 alternatives with similar looking women! I would like to know out of these 2 countries (azerbaijan or North Cyprus) which is better for freelance women and why? Which is cheaper, has more variety, less strict and more fun? please chime in if you been to either country or at best both countries

I have heard from people I know that when you hobby in places like North Cyprus, you will be charged extra just because you are not a local.

Last May I've met in São Paulo a young guy from Paris (i.e. in his early 30's) and he was of moroccan descent. He travels frequently to Morocco and he told me that he knows a lot of moroccan girls that like to party and are sexually active. The problem is that you have to know them personally. He showed me pictures of some of theses girls and they were simply out of this world in terms of look! As he is now a friend of mine - because I had a lot of fun with him in Sampa. Even if he doesn't speaks Porto as he is very good looking he was able to pick up a lot of freebies there. He is what I call a real "pro" because he was able to take out garotas to the dance hall (he is a techno fan) for free - he said that he would like to introduce me to the (hidden) hobby scene in Morocco.

He send me a link to a private forum (in French) where there are a lot of info concerning hobbying in Northern Africa and other parts of the world. As you may understand I cannot post the link of the forum here. You can PM me if you want the adress of that French site. As I'm not a member (not yet) of this site I didn't read what they have on Morocco or Cyprus...
