We were having dinner and after I went in to the can to wash my hands.
As I was doing this I wasn't paying much attention, but suddenly there were two hands on my shoulders and the guy began massaging me.
I spun around quickly ready to clock the guy and then I realized that he was in full hotel uniform with a white towel on his shoulders.
Apparently this was a custom and service provided to all guests which I saw later on being provided to a Chinese gentleman who had no issues, for me it was awkward as hell and left real quick.
I too have encountered this weird custom in some of the high-end hotels I stayed at in Asia. I freaked out the first time too.
It would be nice if a few hot ladies performed these complementary benefits. Sam, would you refused such amenities if hot ladies were massaging you?
As for the sexual harassment issues, I believe it's a power thing for guys like Harvey Weinstein and Bill O'Reilly -- this dude ended up paying $34 million to a female lawyer who he sexually harassed. Damn! These dudes could have had all of the Montreal SP's to themselves at a fraction of the monetary costs they have had to pay and will continue to pay for their atrocious conducts. Powerful women have done the same to their male subordinates (or ladies who they found attractive). I work in a male dominated world so I haven't been harassed except I've been mistreated my gay men bosses (because I guess they did not find me attractive -- heck, I don't blame them, even my late mama found me ugly!).
