She told you that? Talk about hurting a man's ego. Even if I didn't like it, I think I would lie and say I didn't like his hair.

There's nothing you can do about how you look down there so that's pretty awful to comment on it.

I had an appointment through one of the big agencies a few years back that I walked out on. Very ugly in the face, but you can't tell that from the photos. Body might have been a match, so not exactly bait and switch. Apartment was a bit messy. Her fake lashes were all off-kilter.

I was in the bathroom for about 10 minutes deciding what I was going to do, then summoned up my courage and told her, gave her half and left. She had no issues with it. Come to think of it, maybe she didn't want to work.

I texted the booker back, explained my disappointment and that I left and gave half. I was worried at the time they might expect a full share from her. The booker ws fine with it. If most guys are leaving $20, maybe I just left too much.

If you do this long enough it’s bound to happen. Act professionally, tip the girl $20 and you should be good to go. If this happens often you’ll need to determine why.

WIth Indys - I tip $20, say "sorry this is not for me" and i walk out. Did this twice. One blatant bait and switch, and the girl was decently attractive, but i was so annoyyed that i didnt want to look at her. Other time i just didnt feel comfortable in the place.

With agency, only one time i have walked out. I did the same as jmioffe, paid half out of courtesy to the agency and left. She was not attractractive and her energy was so shit, there was no way i could stay. Same thing - i messaged booker after, explained and he was fine with that.

Never stay if you are not comfortable, get a bad vibe or have even a shred of doubt about your safety.

I have a few times but this was long before when pictures were photoshopped to minimize / exagerate features too much. Thin is one thing, anorexic however is a total turnoff. Worst is when they mention "has tattoos" and you open the door to a girl that looks like she was just released from a Tijuana ghetto ready to pull out a shiv.

Also, cancelled once within 10 minutes when the agency girl came out of the bathroom high on Ketamine or some other massive downer and was stumbling all over the place.

As long as its within 10-20% margin of error I'm ok with it. Anything else I'll consider it as B&S

Happened to me many times. Mostly incalls and MP's. So many fake pics of the internet and ads. You don't want to show your face ok fine blur or cut it. But bait and switching. Wow happened way too many times. Might be time I deal with an agency. It's getting worst and worst.

I've never cancelled on the spot with agency girls.

With independents, often. Happened to me just this morning actually, was horny, wanted to try a girl that seemed to have a good ad, pulled up to her hotel room.
When I saw her face through the window, put my car in reverse, lol.
