I need some information on the Hull area.....

I will be moving up to Ottawa in August and want to open a studio, private at first then eventually a full sized spa. Any information on the legalities and by-laws for Hull would be great appreciated. I would like to get the ball rolling ASAP. I will be coming up in the beginning on July and would like to find a location.
