3 month for almost absolute HIV veracity. (some say up to 6 month, depends on the test performed) Somebody could go for a test, get clean results but get infected the day after the test was done. You have sex the following week or 3 month +1 day after, it makes no difference. Fat chance it will be tag: you're it!
So, condom, party hat, raincoat, whatever you want to call it, wear it. It's not only HIV, there's a lot more "avaliable" and, even if not deadly, not that much pleasant either.

Ronnie, when I last went to a doctor he told me that 'the results are tested in the lab. they are done by living people. they might accidently get misread or mixed up so they are never 100% accurate'. Maybe that might have happened to your friend.

None of you seem to mention the extreme measures. If one has been raped, the condom broke or for whatever reason they think they might have contracted hiv they should go to a hospital emergency asap [within 78 hours]. They have a treatment that is inconvenient but will drastically dicrease your chances of getting hiv even if you have contracted it. They won't even make you wait long because you are considered a threat to society.

This is the same Indian dude who constantly ask for BBFS and always negotiating prices with SPs.

After that Charlie Sheen debacle I had to get myself checked which thank God everything came out negative. Like him I was on a Pornstar binge from 2010 - 2012 when I frequented Vegas and put Montreal on the back burner due to that shitty exchange rate then. I probably banged some of the Pstars he did which I wouldn't be surprised.
