Since we’re on the topic of Indians and no one answered very straight forward like the title of this thread asks.
I will answer:
I can tell who is Indian when they inquire and they add “dear” to their inquires hahaha.
Many of my Indian clients share the concerns raised by the two other people in this thread. They feel that inadequate vetting and large-scale migration are negatively affecting the reputation of the broader Indian community.
Facts are facts. People seem increasingly hesitant to discuss these issues openly because they fear being labeled racist. As a result, terms like “racist” are often applied so broadly that they’ve lost much of their original meaning. These kinds of labels have become trendy buzzwords from people who are easily offended…
It’s gotten to the point where some guys claim to be a different race or ethnic background, but when they arrive, it’s immediately obvious they’re Indian. They do this because they believe being identified as Indian may lead to additional scrutiny or screening due to the negative reputation that many unvetted immigrants have created for them.
