How do GFE debutantes audition for their jobs with Agencies?

I've always wondered how agencies interview new girls who are applying to be GFE debutantes. Do they have to audition with a "pretend" Hobbyist? If so, I wouldn't mind volunteer myself for the good of humanity. I like to know if all agencies use the same "interviewing/audition" process.

Well, I've directly heard of two ways. But, I'll only detail one. Yes, you're right most agency owners have a "preferred clientele" that they use to get feedback on the SPs before they go into the general pool. I had the opportunity to be in on an interview with Aleva's most famous recruit and then took her upstairs for a 4 hour test drive. One of my most memorable experiences.

Maybe some agencies audition, but most don't. I had an ex-SP as a girlfriend and a long time relationship with two others. All three of them simply met someone from the agency, chatted a bit (without disrobing) and were working the same night.

CS Martin -- thanks for sharing your experience. I'm envious. Wow. It would be heaven for me to spend 4 hours with a debutante.

annon vlad -- with all due respect, wouldn't the agency be at risk of sending girls out who might be connected to LE? I would imagine an agency would at least want to have the applicant disrobe to make sure she's not LE and has the goods.
