I've been lucky have had it reciprocal,a few times and currently now, who doesn't work for a agency currently but when I'm up there she will come to the city to hang with me,but are first time together was just awesome,chemistry, connection,attraction, and intimacy...perfect...

Chemistry is important. No doubt about it. One beautiful thing regarding chemistry is the fact that it does not take long at all to surface. Nature speaks by itself. It s like wine, you hate some sort and you like some sort of wine. Nothing you can do about it, it s in your DNA
Although it is important to observe that PLEASURE does not necessarily involve chemistry. even some wine you hate can give you great pleasure (for example when it s the only one you are able to get). And human is more complex than wine. You can have pleasure and fun without chemistry. So no one should be chasing for chemistry when dating SPs. It is not required.

Whether the propre terminologie is chemistry or complicity…. I think complicity is,probably the better description but it is absolutely essential to a good meeting along with a good attitude. Yes it is important she is pretty but pretty alone will generally result in a disastrous encounter if a good attitude is not there, and then if there is good complicity between the 2 of you then I guess there is room for fireworks!!!
Very important to me to feel connection between us and that she likes it as much or even more as I do. I'm ok to simply do what we are there for but way way better to enjoy it with a partner connecting with you and that is what dictated my choice of girl when I can choose right 
It's VERY difficult to find, but if somehow you do find it. I'll stick with that girl...after seeing hundreds of escorts..the odds of finding that kind of chemistry is rare
My most important repeat factor is chemistry.
My 2 ATF at the moment would not be my typical type but her energy is out of this world I can’t get enough of her.

Never. The chemistry just determines whether I repeat or not. If I think we have good sexual compatibility and it's 'clicking' then I look forward to seeing them again. If the sex is good but there's nothing to build on, I don't.
Yes, once. I felt like I was with a school principal (not a naughty one, lol). Zero chemistry. On top of that, it was a hot a humid day and I was
not feeling so well. That gave me an excuse to cancel the session, in exchange of a reasonable fee for the driver's time.
You can build the chemistry with a girl if you work on it. And it is usually not on the sexual side that you can find it. They have seen it all and are not easily impressed or attracted as a client is a client after all. It is from the human side that you can find some connection. After many years of hobbing, I have observed that the best SPs are intelligent girls who in turn appreciate intelligent, humane guys with a good sense of humour and the ability to laugh at yourself.

I think nowadays chemistry is so hard to find. Either with hobbying or girls outside the hobby.
Even with some of my past favorite girls, it wasn't exactly the best chemistry.
There were some girls that stood out tho, Amber from Euphoria 2019, Priscilla at XO, Raphaelle at Euphoria. The chemistry was there and good to the point where "it felt like we known each other for a long time" type vibe. I miss those vibes.

Chemistry is intemporal and not something you can find. However you can stumble upon it throughout encounters.

I remember one time meeting Vero Tinkler at Euphoria when she worked there once. We met up and five minutes into the session, I knew the session wasn't going to work.

Chemistry is defined the moment you enter the place. When I used to hobby, I would bring a drink, asked the do and don’ts, common interest and being polite at all time. There’s models that I knew that they wanted to get to know each other before the session. It build trust right at the beginning.
Like there was some models that flew me straight to take a shower and bye bye. I used to do session just talking and laughing.

Chemistry makes for the best encounters but it's not something you can expect when you are seeing someone for the first time. Chemistry can't just be ordered up, but as others have mentioned, it can develop over time.
If there is no connection but the lady is a good professional, which includes being pleasant and agreeable, that's usually enuf for me and I would probably repeat.
To me chemistry just defines the interactions of people who genuinely like and naturally connect with each other. it is present (or not) in all sorts of ordinary situations we find ourselves in all the time. I was chatting with a bank teller the other day. Lovely lady. I thought we had great chemistry. Our interaction was clearly more than transactional. It was personal.
Good chemistry by itself is however not a guarantee of success. I see an MP with whom the chemistry is very good. It's clear we like each other as people. Her reactions are genuine but our relationship is unsuitable as a platform for good sex. This is because these days I like a lady who is a little assertive. I need that to get in gear, then I'm good to go. This lady, like me, is relatively passive. What she needs, and gets, are (younger) clients who take the initiative and push the envelope. She then decides how far she is prepared to go, depending upon how she feels about the client. With some clients that results in a full and complete menu. With others not so much. Personally I never even make it to the decision stage lol.
I see her only for massage these days. I do that less for the massage and more simply because I like the person and enjoy seeing her. She is after all a beautiful young woman and to all appearances a good person. I visit one of her co-workers when I want something else, a more experienced, much older less attractive lady who is a real professional and who intuitively knows how best to deal with me. This seems to puzzle the younger one. If she were more experienced I think she would be able to figure it out. Whether if she did there would be a change in her service with me I don't know. I tend to doubt it.
Or maybe some would just categorize this situation as exhibiting a lack of chemistry.

Recently I had the thought about that.
Like what we call chemistry is intimately link to "compatibility" as in he is her type and she is his type. That will be simplifying it to not mention other parameters such as cleanliness, politeness, respect, mood, energy, etc.
When those conditions are met then "chemistry" happens at different level of intensity.
Of course the lady professionalism should not be ignored and helps elevate it.
