I've seen around 40, I have a log of my encounters where I track the date, the SP, and I leave a small note on each to try to remember a bit about the encounter, otherwise I easily forget who I've seen or even what they look like.
Some funny notes I've tracked:

Oaky you got me started, I am going to back as far only as 2011- till today, from my little black book, and put them on excel, and see also how much I have spent and seen in the last 15 years . Its going to be time consuming. But will get it done
