It's a mind game, a lot of it. A lot of those girls are really attractive. Sometimes you might get intimidated by that. If you haven't done it in a while or have it been around girls that attractive or that young, you don't want to disappoint them and you want to make sure you get your hour worth, just keep your mind FREE, honestly if you've had the experience and maybe you have a pretty good size d*** and confidence that's going to help for sure. I've always been told I f*** like a p*** star anyway, so I usually don't have an issue and I get my full hours worth for sure. Every time... THERE'S BEEN TIMES I DIDN'T EVEN GET A LOAD OFF CAUSE I WAS DINING AND F****** FOR THE FULL HOUR...

There is no serious peer reviewed study supporting any link between porn consumption and ED. Its all hear-say

This is referred to in the world of psychology as a brain orgasm. I get them all the time, as I am pleasuring a woman, and she reaches orgasmic fulfilment.

This is when I just say, enjoy, next time is my turn.
And yes, if there's enough time, then I could reboot and knock one out of the park. Time is always my enemy.
MSOG is not the most important for me, I am happy finishing the hour or so with an explosive orgasm.
I enjoy the journey more then anything.

I think lack of testosterone due to aging does much more damages.
That being said, porn consumption is like everything in life: do not excess.
From my pov, it doesn’t kill my libido.

Anxiety, even if subconscious, will kill erections fast. And when you begin to go soft during a session it creates a positive feedback loop of anxiety.

Even if you slow things down a minute and try to get it back, you begin to think about your erection status too much and become even softer.

Happens to everyone at some point.

My recipe: Plenty of sleep and water the day(s) leading up to the rendezvous.
I’ll take care of “business” myself the day before (controversial I know).
Game day, lots of water early (if time allows), followed by a couple alcoholic beverages and a V pill as we near action.

When this happens, I’m not shy to call SP to correct the situation immediately. Sometimes I just look at her with a self-mockery smile and I point a finger at the hanging half deflated unhappy buddy. Ha!Ha!

As this happened more frequently with aging (end of 50s) then I corrected with blue pills. I was reluctant to use use them at first but I must admit they are a game changer.
I wouldn’t say in my case it was due to anxiety. It was more sudden « excitation drops » and it’s not SP’s fault(except for a one very bad SP). It is more due that I sometimes emerge from pleasure too rapidly during intercourse or sometimes during rubber installation. When this arrived, it softened before I can redive and cast myself away back into pleasure.
Now blue pills preserve erection during these « downtimes ».
