I can't access a Canadiens ticket I bought

So stupid gow the Canadiens dole out tickets, not printing out tix anymore. I ordered a ticket for Thursday, gave her an email, its not there. Probably typed my emaul wrong but I cant see her screen. I have the receipt, anyone else had experience with this frustration ?

Just to clarify, I paid for the ticket at the ticket office at the arena. I told her to create an account with my email, nothing there. They refuse to print out a ticket.

Contact them & they’ll find your ticket in their database. You should create a Ticketmaster account.
