Maybe it is not the case with you but from my personal experience there's a lot of traffic with hotel girls: it feels less private when entering, the room well is minimal, there's less if any rotation of the bed sheets, i will be lucky if I can get a clean towel, let alone a real "girl friend" experience and my full hour.

I like to go or receive in my private condo. Otherwise I got to massage parlors.

Are you in a debate with the SP as to whether you go to her or she comes to you? If it's a standoff there is no right or wrong answer. The SP may do incall for security reasons. You may prefer outcall for reasons you mentioned. One party either gives in or not. There is no right or wrong answer. Not really sure what you are looking for here. Being right isn't relevant here. It's whether the parties can agree on a location.

I no longer go to incalls. I hate it. I prefer receiving in my own room even if i have to go down to the lobby to greet my guest(s). And if i call an agency or indy & i’m told they’ll only do incall i say thank you & i look elsewhere for an outcall.

Of course i totally understand why a local who doesn’t live alone will opt for incall.

In term of incall, i don't care if its an hotel or a condo personally. I never been to a massage parlor so can't have an opinion on it. My only concern with massage parlor is ...do they just have some kinda massage table there? Like no proper bed? I guess someone would need to DM me on that matter (infos about MP).

I always prefered outcall tough and if i happen to have a place available where i am at that moment in Montreal, im a bit relunctant to move to an incall unless its someone i ABSOLUTELY want to see badly. But i may have to look more into incalls in a near futur. Been lucky to have a place to receive for a little while now while in Montreal but that place will not ne available anymore at some point in 2023. I didn't got in a hotel since Covid but i checked for fun the prices this summer and my jaw almost dropped. They risen so much in price.... I may consider doing a Montreal In&Out same day eventually. Arriving Morning, getting a booking in the day, taking a ride back home late afternoon. At least in the high season (in winter the prices are easier usually).

That is my personal policy in Montreal as well. I can do hotel incall at various agencies in NJ and NYC. The charm of Montreal is the convenience and affordability of outcall.

I could never bring myself to do incall in Montreal, even when a girl I was interested in was incall only. I know I would have ended up saying to myself, I could have done all this back home.

All that said, I’m still not fully understanding why the OP is debating where an escort sees her clients, unless I’m misunderstanding.
