First, as maybe it makes this post pointless, but it was a trans... so yes, a man with fake boobs, lots of makeup, but still physically slightly bigger than me (including his dick if you wonder) and yes... the manly aggressive behaviour.

But in case you are still reading....

It started fine with me giving the BBBJ, then I asked that we switch and he wanted to do CBJ only so I just said that I will pass. Then for no clear reason, he said 'Ok, we are done, go out'... it was 10 minutes in for a 1-hour session that I already paid, so I asked if he could refund part of the 400. He said no, 'go out.' So I said ok, got dressed, and when in front of the door before leaving, I said, 'I will just take a small recording to report this scam,' and that's when this happened:

I contacted the police about it.

Hi there, That's really unfortunate.

If I may suggest: Normally, if the provider already has a review thread, you should report the incident there. If there is no thread, you should indicate a way to identify the provider so others don't get scammed. Thanks.

So what police did?
If it is the way you described, it was scam and robbery.
They mentioned that they don't deal with "civil arrangements," but that they would take note of it and they took his ID. And that the best course of action for now is to post reviews online.

is this a joke? if it's a man you beat the crap out of him
Haha, I thought about it after.. maybe I should have pushed back, between men, let's handle it as he wanted.

But could have turned bad, at least now he's the only one to look bad.

Being a shitty violent person still does not justify misgendering someone. Sorry that happened to you, but there's really no need for that.

Also, recording an escort because she asked you to leave *her place* is insane. Review boards exist for a reason. You legally cannot film someone inside their own home without their consent. Escorts and trans people are very vulnerable to systemic violence and I can see why someone would freak out in that situation.

Nothing justifies violence, obviously, but the only thing this video accomplishes is :

1. Act as potential proof of you comitting the crime of hiring an escort

2. Act as definite proof of you comitting the crime of filming someone inside their home without consent. (Posting it online is an extra layer of potential legal issues for you as well)

3. You say you were assaulted and I believe you were, but the video only shows that she tried grabbing the phone from you. (In fact if the video was receivable for an assault case the police would have opened a case)

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish here but for your own sake I would suggest deleting the video and posting a review instead

1. Act as potential proof of you comitting the crime of hiring an escort
The real context is:
- I booked someone advertising online 1h/400
- Whatever would have happened would be between 2 men (of about the same age and shape is it matters)
- The only thing that actually happened is me giving the BBBJ
Jumping on the conclusion that "I am an escort" so everything you say against me will get you in trouble sounds wrong. Actually that's exactly what he said when I said that I will call the cops: "Call them, you are the one doing something illegal".
I get why the "no buying sex" law is there but if escort that using that as a way to scam and assault client without consequence... well the this law will be taken less seriously in real cases.

2. Act as definite proof of you comitting the crime of filming someone inside their home without consent. (Posting it online is an extra layer of potential legal issues for you as well)
Filming for you own protection, with a clear intent is not "a crime"
Beside I also asked the police about it.

3. You say you were assaulted and I believe you were, but the video only shows that she tried grabbing the phone from you. (In fact if the video was receivable for an assault case the police would have opened a case)
Maybe assault is the wrong term but she clearly physically hit me., I think its clear, I also was able to show some damage to the police.

Yeah so you hired an escort, filmed her illegally, posted it online, then posted the link to the video here while admitting sexual activity took place during said paid booking. I don't think you have a good understanding of laws and how these things work.

Filing for you own protection, with a clear intent is not "a crime"

Protection against... a person asking you to leave their home? Again, reviews exist if you wanted to warn other clients.

If you had receivable proof they would in fact call it assault and open a case.

I'm not even on her side, I'm just saying your thought process is flawed and you're going about it in all the wrong ways, effectively positioning yourself as the bigger (and more clumsy) criminal, visibly and online... Not only that but context clues in your language here would give her ammo to portray you as the bad guy comitting a hate crime...

You can do what you want but I'm telling you this thread and video could backfire on you more than anything and you really should delete it and write a review instead.

The fact that nobody else whips out their phones when they get disappointing service (or scammed) should be a hint. No one does that. It's weird. This is a review board. Use your words and write a review

Reallly.... let's say robbed or scammed then.
Yes, and actually that's what you have to do : record a video that you were there with the person. Do some research and don't mislead people on what they should do in situation like that?
The Law on Recording in Quebec
From a strictly legal standpoint regarding recording, Canada operates under a one-party consent law (Section 184 of the Criminal Code). This means:

You are legally allowed to record a conversation or interaction audio/visually as long as you are a part of that conversation and consent to the recording.

You do not need the other person's permission to record if you are actively involved in the interaction.

I don't know, maybe just maybe if I were you I'd stick to real woman escorts moving forward.
He mentioned he gave a bbbj. I guess he won't be able to find that with real woman escort.

It’s not only trans people who get assaulted but sex workers in general are at risk.

In this situation I would also record the incident if possible, since video can provide important evidence instead of it becoming one person’s word against another’s. Too often, the victim is dismissed because the abuser manipulates the situation or gaslights others about what happened. It’s not illegal to film an altercation especially when wanting to protect yourself in a situation.
