There's no way the OP actually went to the cops right? WTF does that convo look like?

"Um, yes officer, as I was saying, I was purchasing sex, against the statutes and laws of our criminal code, and she did not return my money and kicked me out when I complained about the service. Here's a video that implicates me in the crime I just described (while trying to illustrate a different crime)."

So funny to read here how one provider is justifying the abnormal actions of another provider - "many customers get treated like shit, but they don't pull out their phones to start taking videos of the sp". WTF ? So losing $400 represents a significantly lower damage than taking some video of someone ? Another "brilliant" suggestion is to...write a review ! Wow, what a catastrophical punishment for an sp, eh ? If she doesn't care about treating a paying customer like that, would she give two shwits about a review ? Another "brilliant" suggestion is to...just move on. Right, just move on - come on, things happen. Would an sp just "move on" if all possible services were rendered but money not paid ? Or paid but taken back after ? Just write a review to earn the others - sure, warning others is good, but that's not the only thing to be done.

Rules for thee but not for me is usually how the cookie crumbles here.

Since you two have brought up the subject.

When a hobbyist is ripped off it is okay but when an SP is "ripped" off it is rape. LOL.

What's funny is your lack of reading comprehension. I kept saying I don't condone her actions and he should write a review but that video and thread are useless and clumsy. You're missing the point and being obtuse on purpose because you actively want to portray me as the kind of person I am not. I even suggested he opens a civil case which would result in something concrete rather than posting a video on youtube and complaining in the lounge.

FYI - believe it or not, I've had my share of shitty situations with bad clients including not being paid, being threatened with a gun, violence - and I warned my colleagues but did not post a video on youtube lol

It’s not only trans people who get assaulted but sex workers in general are at risk.

In this situation I would also record the incident if possible, since video can provide important evidence instead of it becoming one person’s word against another’s. Too often, the victim is dismissed because the abuser manipulates the situation or gaslights others about what happened. It’s not illegal to film an altercation especially when wanting to protect yourself in a situation.
I agree with this. You can't be too worried about systemic risks when someone is attacking you. The filming probably limited the violence and could have helped once police arrived. Posting it though, not such a great idea (even though I could not make out who was on it which limits damages a little).

Strangely enough, front line police rarely expands the topic from what they have to deal with. The whole system prefers people to feel safe calling the police (trans escorts included) and don't want people to deliver their own justice.

The filming is what caused the violence, can yall actually read oh my god he even said it himself.

NOT THAT IT JUSTIFIES VIOLENCE, BTW

But there was no violence prior to filming, so the video did not limit anything. He was about to head out (no altercation) and decided to start a camera instead. The video is what caused (although not warranted) the violence, it certainly did not limit anything in this case

To be fair, client was being robbed and the providers' behavior at that point was a good indicator of violence to come. We were not there to see everything but absent other facts this is the most likely version to me.

Don't want to make jokes about this but I understand the provider not wanting to give bbbj to a man she had seen suck an escort's dick without condom. Risky behavior for sure!

On a serious note - don't beat up someone or get yourself killed for a few hundred dollars.

Once you figured out the provider is dishonest or dangerous (from your perspective), try to gently get yourself out of there. You can write a shitty review later but no good will come from an altercation.

And if you need to film something for your security then be discreet and don't post it on networks!

She asked him to leave. He got dressed and reached the door. If she had prior intentions of being violent I don't think she would've waited for him to be dressed with one hand on the door and one with his phone camera. Can we at the very least not fabricate details? Lol
