Since I didn’t have sex for a long time I went to an asian massage parlor. The lady gave me a BBJ, then put the condom and we fucked until I came. After we were done, she gave me a massage which made me horny again so I told her I was ready for a 2nd.

However this time she didn’t bother using condom and just started riding me. I couldn’t stop her because it felt so good, and came in like less than a minute. The lady is kind of old, and I don’t know if she is carrying anything

I messed up real bad and now I’m stressed about catching something that could change my life.

HIV super low chance even she has it (less than 1%). Other STDs more likely (chlamydia and gono is 30% if she has it if I remember correctly).

Either way, get tested 1-2 weeks after the encounter and again in 3 months.
That’s kind of reassuring as I was mostly worried about HIV since it’s not curable and requires lifelong treatment. I will get tested in 1-2 weeks. It’s already been like 3-4 days and I don’t have any symptoms right now

Stay out of the game for 4 weeks, then see any symptoms ? There is only a slim chance to catch STD. If she do that to every customer, then its a different story.
I’m not sure if she does it to every customer but she normally uses condom for penetration. It was only for the 2nd round and I didn’t last very long. I wonder if the duration affects the odds of catching something

Not at all, duration do not affect the transmission of diseases. Not to worry too much my friend.
Put yourself in sex quarantine for 4 weeks, if everything is normal, no symptoms (redness, pain when you pee, liquid dripping, etc...) then you dont catch STD. If you have those symptoms go for a test and consult a doctor.

To the OP, I would say do not rely on symptoms to know if you have an STI, because being asymptomatic is a thing. Do not have intercourse for the next 3-4 weeks and go get tested, then do another test in 3 months. HIV and syphilis can take up to 3 months to show up in a test.

I guess she really trusted you because even for her there is a risk

The only real threat is HIV most other STI can be cured by antibiotics.
There is a small chance only of getting HIV with one encounter, however if you want to be absolutely sure, go to a hospital emergency and explain the situation. They will give you a blood test, and urine test start you on injection for Hep B if you haven’t been immunized and give you PEP pills ( I think it is called that ) against HIV which have to be taken for 28 days this will prevent HIV infection but these pills must be started prior 72 hours of your encounter and actually the sooner the better.
You will have to go for various blood tests and urine tests at different intervals and get tested to make sure you are ok. This is the sure way otherwise you need to wait 12 weeks and then get a blood test for HiV. all the other STI I am not sure how many weeks of incubation each has and when you should get tested but the hospital will tell you exactly if you get tested sooner your results may not be accurate for HIV. The hospital will give you a blood test and urine test for all STI immediately then one 2 weeks later, one 4 weeks later and one 12 weeks later.
You can read up on this if you like.
I know someone who went through this when he had an accident with a condom and got worried.

This is horrible advice and completely wrong.
All STI have different incubation periods HIV for one you are only sure that you are not infected with a blood test 10-12 weeks, after your encounter they recommend 12 weeks. Go to a hospital emergency if you want to be 95% sure and have them start you on PEP pills for 28 days but this must be done prior 72 hours otherwise they won’t work and the doctor won’t prescribe it, actually the sooner you get the pills the better.

The good news is that your chance of getting HIV with one unprotected vaginal sexual encounter even if the individual is infected is small.

Herpes can’t be treated but you can live with it (it is the one I fear the most!).

If you are really concerned about HIV you could do prep as a prophylactic but that would require you get yourself in a clinic ASAP.

Whatever you do, get tested and don’t have unprotected sex with wife/gf/stranger before that. Just as a courtesy to the world :)

did you come inside her? because that would be much more dangerous for her than for you
The penetrated is usually more at risk but in this case he had been off sex lt and knows he his clean while she offered it unrequested so she might have had the more risky track record.

Either way what is done is done so getting tested (really important) or prep (likely overkill) is what matters.

You are right but Genital Herpes is a disease that you can get from skin to skin contact so even with protected sex you can get it, if you come into contact with a person with open sores.
Cold sores are a form of herpes also.
Herpes can be treated to alleviate discomfort and pain but it can’t be cured is what you meant I think.

You are absolutely correct you should never let your little head rule and have unprotected sex with a stranger or anyone that you are not in an exclusive relationship with and that lady I would never go near ever she is not only endangering everyone she sees but herself also..

Yes, am single (although there is a woman in my life who would be mad to hear this) so the worst for me are uncurable ailments. As much as syphilis would suck, at least you can cure it!

We have all let our little head rule but it is especially dangerous in transactional sex. Not blaming sex work here, both client and sp are more active than the general population on average and the anonymity of the transaction makes it harder to check back afterwards.

We are all grown ups and have to understand the fact that having even protected sex carries some element of risk ( like herpes), and if you have unprotected oral sex which many of us do, the risk is somewhat higher.
Testing is important but it is not a 100% guarantee either if you get tested in the wrong incubation time you could have false negative results and so can the provider you are seeing.
Sex workers are not to blame especially if they are using protection and getting tested, nobody is twisting your arm to see them.

The best we can do is wear protection and get tested regularly. the only sure way is not to have sex.

You won't get HIV, just calm down. Most people are way too stressed out about STI because of fearmongering in high school and what not. It's just sex.

I preempted my sentence by saying “not blaming sex work”. I could not be more supportive of sex work and the health and safety of everyone involved.

All I meant to say that anyone engaging in transactional sex (client or sp) is slightly more at risk than the general population *on average*.

Many of us here (client or sp) have had hundreds of partners and although we try to be safe and reasonable mistakes like OP mentioned happen.
