Abathur, did you discuss this issue with your family doctor? If not, then I would suggest you talk to your family doctor first. They most likely would refer you to a sexologist who are the expert in this field and should be able to help you.

In my opinion - you should discuss this matter with your family doctor and your psychiatrist because we are not part of the healthcare profession. But if you worry that the doctors will judge you on your sexual activities with an SP - you can say, "I feel that I have less sex drive with my girlfriend" or something along those lines.

Anxiolytic drugs, in general, don't prevent erection, on the other hand ejaculation is much more difficult.
